How do I submit a project?

CAD, wax, or just an idea—we’ll meet you where you are. Upload a CAD file or enter your wax model weight for instant casting pricing. Starting from a sketch? Submit it through our portal to begin a CAD project.

Can I review my order after I submit it?

Yes, you can log in to your member dashboard to check the status of both current and past orders. Track your order every step of the way. We’ll keep your project status updated throughout the process, from the moment we receive it through completion and shipping.

What metal price will be used for my final order?

Metal prices are based on current precious metal market rates. The price shown during your estimate reflects the market rate at that time. Your metal rate is locked when your order is submitted, so later market fluctuations will not affect the rate used for that order.Your final metal cost may vary from the estimate based on the actual casting weight and any applicable production factors.

What is your typical turnaround time?

Rush orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (24–48 hours). Standard orders typically ship within 2–7 business days.Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and services requested.

Shipping

Once your order is complete and your final invoice has been paid, we’ll carefully package and ship your order. All shipments are insured and include tracking. Shipping costs will be included on your final invoice.
